LS29 Members Take On the Ilkley Half Marathon & 5K!

We’re incredibly proud that a team of LS29 members and supporters are taking part in the Ilkley Half Marathon and 5K Race this July to raise funds for LS29 Group.

As a small volunteer-led charity supporting children and young people with additional needs and their families, fundraising events like this make a huge difference to what we can offer our members.

For over 20 years, LS29 has provided activities, support, friendship and opportunities for families across the local area. From sports and social events to trips, parent wellbeing activities and young adult support, we aim to create inclusive opportunities where everyone feels welcome.

Our runners (including some of our members with additional needs) have been training hard and are lacing up their trainers and taking on the challenge to help us continue this work and we’d love your support.

Every donation helps us continue providing:

• Support for families

• New opportunities for young adults
